Hey everyone. Here's something interesting that I learned. I watch the Shea Show on youtube. It's about a man who does real estate in Detroit. It's pretty good. But my point is that if you watch this video you will see how simple it is for people to lose their homes over a small amount of money. It gets you to thinking. It got me to thinking. Does my state do the same kinda sneaky things when it comes to property taxes. Thank god New York Property tax rules are better then  Detroit's. But New York is not bankrupt either. It's  still a scary scary thought. Well watch the video and you will see what I am talking about and tell me what you think?
