I Am Done!

 Hello all well here's the story for this week. I am DONE!!  messing with 1800 flowers. First Mothers Day is this Sunday and I wanted to order my mother and my aunt a fruit candy basket for Mother Day.  Since I get all these discounts in my e mail from them like 20-25% off , Free shipping and no service  fee . I say what the heck it will save me money and I will get something nice for my mother and my aunt...

Now here's the pissed off part it took me 1 1/2 hours just to place the orders because the people who work for the company don't understand to well.  Once my orders are  placed I try and apply my discounts to them. 1800 flowers tells me I could not because they have expired. I told the women on the phone how can they be expired when it says for Mother Day which is not here yet and I just got the emails  today!  She told me that she would give me credit for the shipping but I could not use the 25% off coupon. Fine.

My total bill came to $135.00 for the two items. Which I know it's kinda pricey but hey I am ordering pears,  candy and other  fancy food stuff in a nice basket at $65.00 each. Anyway when I looked at the confirmation  for my order  one of the places  I was sending a basket to  has the wrong address was  I was Hot by then..

 This is what I wanted to do to  1800 flowers by now. I called the company back and  told them the problem.  They gave me   such the run around. They had me called Fed Ex so I can fixed the problem myself. They told me to do a whole bunch of crazy stuff to fix a problem they did.  I told them that  if my items are not delivered on time and in the right way. They will be hearing from my lawyer on this one and  I will report them to better business bureau and Yelp. Never again will I use or recommend this company. They suck!

Losing It!!

Hello all well here's the story for the week.. I am losing it, My hair that is . I am on a medication that I did not realize  one of the side effects is hair loss. My hair start getting shorter and shorter no matter what I did to it treatment wise. So I just said Freak it. I have to take this medication for my heath. So I  will   just  start wearing  wigs from now on. I saw one wig that I am going to get that had such soft hair. I was  feeling it all over with my hands  like it was mink. The sales lady was looking at me like I was crazy but it was so soft I couldn't help myself. At least with wigs which will cost me about $20 bucks a wig. I can be a different person when I put it on. Almost like playing pretend.  The only problem with wearing a wig is in the summer you sweat your butt off because the wig is hot to wear. It's  like your wearing a hat in the summer heat.

I am trying this one more time to get down to Atlantic City to visit family. Seems like every time I try and get there something  come  up. Which makes me cancel my trip. Wish me luck Trying to get there again. I use to love going to A.C. now I just go for family. Gambling is starting to play a back sit in my life I am more on the I like to cruise level then I like to gamble level now.

Neighbors & Drugs

Hello well here's the story for the week..

My neighbor wanted to put up a fence like this for so called Privacy. We live so close together that there is no such thing as privacy in this neighborhood.  Ok, fine as long as it's not over the property line. Which they tried to play a fast one and put it way over the property line. So we argued about where the property line was. Then  we  came to an agreement  of where he could put the fence. I tell you  if you don't keep a close eye on your stuff people will take advantage  and take it all. Needless to say the fence  did give any privacy because I can still see  everything going on in her  backyard if I  look out of my upstairs window. Money foolishly spent in my book.

I am a diabetic and I have to take Januvia as one of my drugs. But my drug company told me after I got my prescription filled that they will not pay for this drug anymore. So when the charge card  bill came I  was charged $77 for a 3 month supply of this drug. This will be my last time taking this drug, to expensive and I have other drugs that I can take that's much cheaper.

Quota

Hello all well here's the story for the week. I might miss my Quota for April. The reason is because I am just to fat and lazy and it was nasty outside on Friday. So I did not do the mystery shop that I was suppose to do. Therefore I might  miss my quota for the 30 dollars a month that I need for the month. No the shop was not $30 it was $12.50 which would have added to my $30 for the month.

Today I am suppose to be on my way to Atlantic City for my Mini Vacation but my partner had a backache. So I had to postpone the trip until the end of April. Thank god Caesars honored my request and allowed me to change the dates. So I still get my 3 night free . All I have to pay is the resort fee.  The total of 3 night will cost me about $96.00 plus I will be getting free food from Plant Hollywood and ShopRite gift  cards from Tropicana totaling $80 bucks.

Maybe it was a sign that I need to stay my butt home this weekend. Who knows.

Well my plans are to finish doing my donations to Big Brother & Sisters. I got a lot of stuff to get rid of and to also try my hands at my local casino this week.

Hello all , well here's the story for the week. I Scored!!! Yes that's right I scored meaning that I saved money on my cruise in November. I am going to the Bahama's in November just to get away from the New York cold and get into the sun. The trip will be a cruise and it was going to cost us $4008.75 for  two people. But my partner told me today that the cruise line  was running a sale on our trip. So I check and I got the same cruise with no changes meaning we get specialty dinning for 3 nights, $100 onboard credit and $50 off every excursion we take for $400 less then what we were actually paying. Yes I love saving money!

I don't know why but I can't seem to give up my addiction to playing lotto. Here it is April 1th and I ran my ass over to the lottery place to play my numbers? Yes I am a lotto playing junkie. I have to find a way to give up this addiction because it's sucking to much money out of my life. I have spent over $150.00  last month and won $5. You do the math!

Also this month I am trying to get my money right. I have started a book with all the information about my pensions from the various jobs I worked, My social security benefits when I get 62 and so on. I need to know when I get 62 what my finances will look like. I hate to be surprised and find out a sister is short on her retirement.
