Birthday Month

Hello Everyone. well here's the story for the end of the month. June is birthday month for me. meaning that I have so many birthdays this month I forget who's who's. I know that's bad on my part. My mother's is this month so I am going to send her a fruit basket . You know the one with the craved fresh fruit made up into flowers and stuff. I love sending baskets like that, they are not cheap but they are beautiful. My birthday which is at the end of the month I am passing on to buzy to party will do something later. My fathers birthday is this month.  God rest his soul. I will be sending love and blessing up to heaven where he is, I really miss him. Last but not least a dear friend I hopefully I will  get a chance to take her to dinner. But that's my story so far and the months has not begun yet.

My Great Yard Sale Finds

Yard Sale Time!!!!

This weekend is so Hotttttttt. Meaning  there are so many community yard sales and individual ones  this weekend that I am excited and it's only Friday!! I am prepared with for my yard sale adventure by getting my stuff ready like (  cold water to drink and water to wash your hands with, singles, camera for videos, paper to wrap stuff, bags to put stuff in etc). I know one community yard sales I go to every year they have some good stuff but sometimes the stuff can be pricey.  I have a new community sale that I will also  be going to this Saturday hopefully they will have some stuff. I will let you know how it all goes down this weekend. I am excited! You know I love my Yard Sale Season. Well that's my story what do you think?

The Funeral

Hello Everyone. Well here's the story for the week. I am so tired of hearing that my beloved Sears is closing even more stores. Soon all their stores will be closed.  When that happens I will have to find another place to get a job. You know that was my spot when it came to looking for jobs. They always called me for interviews and offered me positions but it was  always a bad time for me. That's why when they offered  I had to turn them down. I will miss Sears when they do finally close all of their stores . But I will be there for their final days when they go out of business sale. Their going out of business sales will produce some good bargains. I hope.

Jury Duty is over and I think I will be getting about $150 for my service. Which I could use.The trail that I was on was interesting and I was surprised about that because most of the time they are boring. It was a civil case. Now it's back to finding ways for me to make a buck or two.

I am still doing my challenges which are not going so good that $1 a day challenge is not as easy as it sounds. I am mostly focusing my attention on doing my $20 dollar hustle challenge. I will let you know how that goes. Well that  my story for the week what do you think?

My Yard Sale Adventure for 2017

They Got Me!!!

Hello Everyone, Well here's the story for this week. They got me.... Jury duty called and I had to answer the call. I will be on it for abut a week. The good part is  I get paid $44 dollars a day. The bad part is sometimes Jury Duty can get  pretty boring. But I never look a gift of getting paid in the mouth.

Guess what happened?? I use to work for Macy's  back in the day and they owe me a pension. So I contacted them to see if I could get a check for the amount of my pension before time. They wrote me back saying I had to wait until Get this. 2037 until I could get my pension of $70.57 a month from them. I read the letter and said really that much and that long??   This is why I never depend on anybody but myself for my financial future, because companies can get funky even when they owe you $$. So that's my story what do you think?

My Coins

Here's My Story for now. I just wanted to share with you what I have collected. Yes it's coins I collected a plastic bucket full of coins. When I rolled it it added up to $75. Now what I am going to do with that coin is this.....
$25 will go toward my investment of Kellogg's stock, which would leave me $50. $25 of that 50 will go toward my holiday club. and the remainder $25 I will try and make or start a business with it by finding stuff at yardsales cheap to resale for a profit. So that's what  I am going to do. Hopefully there will be more coins to collect in the future I will keep you posted!  So what do you think?
