Coin Investment Challenge

Good Evening Everyone. How are you? I am happy to say that before 2015 is gone I have put more then $200 toward my investment of stock in Kellogg's. And might I add all of this was done with coins that I saved, found and stole from my partner. I am hoping that 2016 will be a better year as far as coin investment goes. I am trying to divide my coin investment into half of it going to purchasing stock and the other half going toward a holiday club that I opened up in November. I will see how it goes.

I don't know about you but I am excited for 2016 to come in I have so many goals that I want to start and see through. So I am excited. I always said that I would do the $20 dollar challenge and this time I am doing it. I use to start it and after a few days I would quit. Not this time I am taking $20 bucks and seeing if that will make $1000 by the end of 2016. I will be doing this by taking on a part-time job hopefully, selling stuff, doing mystery shopping and surveys. If I can make money from it I am doing it. Got any suggestions??
Oh well that is my story and my challenges have a happy and healthy new year and I will see in 2016!
                                                           So what do you think??

Just Thoughts

Good Morning Everyone.  First I wish everyone and their Family A Healthy and Happy Holiday. Now here's my story. I am back from Vegas and it was fun. This week I am  really thinking about this year for me and I how  I am thankful in so many ways. First  I got to see this year in full with no real problems. Thank you god! Also I am blessed with the opportunity to become a free spirit without the worries of a roof over my head, food in my belly and clothing on my back. My partner has that covered nine ways to Sunday as he always tells me. So all I have to do is do what I want to in regard to finding my true calling in life. Which I am still looking for, got any suggestions?

I am thankful that I have friends and family that I can count on in a pinch. I am thankful that I can talk to you about anything and you don't judge me. Thank you. I am  blessed.
I am hoping that 2016 will see a more organized and productive me in the form of health and wealth. So that is my story what do you think?

P.S. for 2016 the challenges are Coin Investment( investing coins in the stock market) and My $20 business( starting a business on twenty buck)who's with me on this!
                                                                             Happy Holidays

Loving Vegas

Hey Everyone. Here's my story so far. I am in Vegas and I love it more this time then I have before. I have to tell you I Love Love Vegas. Ok I got to Vegas Sunday afternoon we are staying at Caesars I had free comps for 5 nights. I have to pay for Friday and Saturday night. The total bill should be around $420 for 7 days. Not to bad in price  for a hotel on the strip. Our food bill is cheap because when we eat at casino off strip buffets it's either free because of points that we have on our casino cards or it's $21 for 2 people. So we are eating cheap..

The gambling is another story we had some loses and some good wins. So far we only lost about $700 between 2 people which is not a bad lost in Vegas. I had some good wins of $500 and $600 dollars so we are good money wise. Thank god. We rented a car and with the coupons and  discounts the car for 7 days came out to be about $175.00  which is  good because I budgeted $200 for that. Also we went to the thrift stores and antique stores in Vegas, came back with some pretty cheap stuff. Which I will show you later. By the way we are selling the stuff we got at the thrift stores in our Bonanza shop.

I also looked at places to stay the next time I am in Vegas. I would like to stay about 4-8 weeks. That way I can do more things because a week in Vegas to me is just not enough time to get to a lot of things done Well that's my story for today. Have a Blessed and Happy Holiday! So what do you think??

It's Raining

Good Evening Everyone. Here's my story for today, it's raining coins not the  wet stuff. My partner decided that he wanted to clean out his home office. He was nice enough to give me all the coins he found. It was two bucks full of dimes, quarters, nickels and pennies. I have to wrap them up and take them to the bank. I am good with going all that coin wrapping,  because the coins will be heading to my investment coin challenge and my holiday club for 2016. Today was a good  coin day.
I want to wish everyone a Happy Hanukkah Holiday tonight is the first night for the holiday. Many blessings to you and your family. Also I am heading out next  weekend to Vegas and I am glad to say I am doing it cheap.....

I looked at JetBlue today to see how much my airline tickets would have cost me if I purchased them today. They are now going for $1518.00 for two people round trip from New York to Vegas. I got my tickets which I purchased in the summer at a JetBlue summer sale for $912.00 for two people round trip and I got front row seats with the extra leg room. I saved over $500 in airline fare alone.  My hotel which I am staying at for 7 days in Vegas  gave me  5 nights for free I do have to pay  the resort fees and the taxes.  I also have to pay for the Friday and Saturday night that we are staying over but overall for 7 nights my hotel bill is around $400 for the week. And this is in a strip hotel that charges people $120.00 a night during the week.    I got my rental car for under $200 for that week  we had a coupons for $75. off  a car rental. So this will be a very cheap trip for us. Now If I could get my gambling down to $50.00 a day with food included this would really be a super cheap trip! . So what do you think?

Side Note: I purchased stock in JetBlue when it was $11.00 a share. Now it's up pass $25 so I think  the more I fly with JetBlue and the more other  people use them  the more money I make with it's stock. Go JetBlue!  I loved that  airline even before I purchased the stock.

Next...

Hello Everyone. Here's my story for today. I was involved in a situation that if it went through I would be collecting a monthly check. Which  a monthly guaranteed check would have help  a great deal. But plan A as I would like to call it fell through. So now I am on to plan B. which is??? I am still looking. I do know that I need about $150-200 a month in living expenses for myself. So I am back to looking for a job. Ain't this a kick in the head I could be working at Sears right now but because of the plan A project that would not have been a good idea. But since plan  A  did not take place a Sears  job would have been right on time right about now.
I have no idea what I will be doing to make my monthly allowance but I will be dealing with that when 2016 comes. Right now I am preparing for my Christmas vacation which is next week. Vegas here I come! I got the trip cheap that's why I am going.

Image result for holiday saving club
I did manage to finally get to the bank to open my holiday club for 2016. I deposited $130 just from coins in the account. Don't worry I am still doing the coin investment challenge with Kellogg's stock to. What I plan on doing is dividing the coins amounts that I collect and roll  up  half of the amount will go toward   investment and half holiday club.  So that's  my story for the week. What do you think?

Got A Gift!

Good Evening Everyone. I got my first Holiday Gift and it's was from  New York City  Department of Finance. They gifted me with a tax bill  of  $88. My property taxes had went up and instead of putting the extra $88 on to the amount I would owe them in June. They decided to bill me separately. I will say this to you New York City living is getting to expensive. Since I  have two homes I live in one home and rent the other we have 2 tax increased bills that was sent to us. The other was about $90  for the one we live in and $88. was the rental home.
What would have happen if I didn't have the money to pay this. The city has a right to put a tax lien on your home for  non- payment  and they do it.  I have seen  pages and pages of  property tax liens in my local  newspaper. Some people are  unable  to pay their property taxes because the taxes in New York are just to high. So after  not paying property taxes for a long time  their homes  block and lot number  get's listed in the paper in the tax lien section.
This is one of the money surprised that people get and some  have the money to deal with the surprise and some do not. That 's why I always believe in  putting money away for money surprises like this.  Because you never know when your going to get a money surprise that you have to pay. So what do you think?

Happy Sunday

Good Morning Everyone. Here's the story for today. I am still doing the coin investment challenge. Which I am happy to report  I have save enough  coins to put in $100 more toward the  purchase of  Kellogg’s stock. See what you can do when you save your coins! Thanksgiving was a quite time for me and Black Friday was the same nothing special to talk about there.
I was supposed to be in Atlantic City today. But it made no sense since I will be heading to Vegas in 3 weeks. Why spend the money in Atlantic City when I could use that money for Vegas.Besides I like Vegas over Atlantic City ten times better. Makes since right?
Right now I am just trying to get my headed together for the upcoming 2016. I have plans to clean out and clear out next year. I need more organization and clean up in my life. So that's my plan so far.
See nothing special just trying to take it one day at a time. Have a great week and also what do you think?

Busted!!

Image result for patties labelle sweet potato pies

Good Evening Family. I am sure by now you know the story of Patties sweet potato pies. If not here is a short version. Pattie Labelle was selling sweet potato pies in Wal-Mart. well really it was a factory that made them and they just put patties picture and her signature on the box.  Anyway the pies were not selling that great until.... A guy purchased the pie did a you tube video and the video went viral. Now the pies are selling like hot cakes and Wal-Mart has made over 2.3 million, yes I said 2.3 million from the sell of those pies.
I am busted because I got caught up in the hype of the pies and went to my Wal-Mart looking for one  a pie.  They were selling around $4. I am glad that I did not find the pies. For one I do not need to make anybody else richer, I really don't need the pie and also I am a loyal fan to Entermann's sweet potato pies their good. But I got caught up in all of the talk and hype and for that I feel ashamed. It only goes to show that the power of persuasion is alive and kicking.

Turkey Prices....

Good Evening Everybody. Here's the story are you seeing how much Turkey's prices are? I am shocked to see a turkey for $75. Is that crazy or is it just me? I went supermarket shopping today which I am not to fond of  because it involves spending money. My shopping trip cost me  $50.00 and that's just for basics. So is it me or is food getting expensive? I decided to makes a simple Thanksgiving Dinner of Turkey, dressing, salad, corn muffins and dessert is sweet potato pie. Simple and cheap. I got my turkey for .59 cents a pound can't beat  the rest of the stuff for dinner I already have in the house.

My tenant gave me a nice serving set. She just wanted to say thank you for being a nice  landlord. I thought that was so nice. I know that I will not use this set I might pass it on to my mother she would  use it more then I would.  I am happy  to say that  I am making sales on my bonanza page finally. I know that it's because of the holidays  and I am grateful for it. I could use the money.  So that's my story  I wish you and your family a blessed and Happy Thanksgiving.    So what do you think

More Time....

Good Evening Everyone. Here’s my story for the week. Since I find myself having more free time then I did when I was working I am reading more. Ok, I am napping more to but the point is I am reading more. I have  time to enjoy the books again. I am currently reading  Richistan it's about the new rich and their spending habits versus the old rich. Did I mention I love to read about people and their wealth?  I like to read about the foolish ways they spend their money makes for good reading.

Guess what's coming up that's right Black Friday  who dares to be in the stores with the crowds and stress just for holiday gifts. I decided a long time ago to skip the holidays when it comes to giving gifts. I buy my gifts in the yard sales season when it cheap and save them to give for the holiday season. There is nothing that I need to buy that will make me go out on Black Friday to spend money that I do not have and  fight with people I do not know. What about you?  I will confess that I am excited to see what will happen on Black Friday all the craziness and  fights makes for good entertainment on TV don't you think?

So that's my story what do you think?

More Money More Money...

Good Morning Family. Here's the story for today! I hate funerals, I really do.  If I had my wish nobody would pass away everyone would live to be at least 500 years old. The reason I am saying this is my cousin passed away this week and my mother called me for a funeral donation. My cousin did not have any money the family has to now scrap up money to bury him. It's sad in so many ways first he passed very young and he passed away broke. So I told my mother that I would give her $100 toward the funeral. I just don't understand how people nowadays don't have any funeral insurance. That was one thing my grandmother made sure all her children had insurance so that she could bury them when the time came. She did not want to depend on others for burial money.
November is getting expensive the bills the water bill, the repairs on my rental home all are rolling in to the tune of $400. That might not seem like a lot but for someone with no income coming in trust me it's alot.
Also I have 2 trips coming up soon one to Atlantic City and one to Vegas which will cost me some money. That's why I have started to look for every dime I can find to put toward my bills or my vacation. Got any making money suggestions??? So what do you think?

Happy Friday!

Hello Everyone. Well here's the story for today. I was a sucka and went back to Pathmark since the supermarket in its last days. They were offering $50-70% off things. Yes to answer your questions I spent another $130 bucks but only on things that will get me thought the winter months. I told my partner that I do not want to see another supermarket for a long time. I also added up what we spend on eating out and supermarket visits for October it was $451.04  for two people.  My food goal is to get our monthly food bill down to $300 or less. That's the plan anyway.

On to other things my challenges especially the $1 a day challenge is heading in to its second week and I have already made $1.50!  So I am behind in that challenge.
The Win/ lose Lotto challenge is still going strong I think I have more money in my losing bucket then my winning bucket.
The Coin Investment Challenge is also doing well I have purchased over $160 in Kellogg’s. This is all coins of course.  So what I need from you is to  buy a lot of Kellogg’s products so my stock can do up (kidding)

Lastly I am planning my Thanksgiving meal it will be small and cheap for  two people. So I think it's going to be duck or chicken with two sides with Jell-O for dessert. That's the plan anyway. So what are you doing for Thanksgiving? And what do you think?

Wished Do Come True!!!

Hello Everybody. Here’s my story for today. Wishes do come true so always believe. I am saying this because I went to my local Pathmark supermarket. Sorry to say that they are going out of business. But because of this I got my meats at .......50% off. I racked up on steaks, ribs, chicken, veal and duck. I must have spent on meats alone over $60 bucks but it was worth it because the average duck cost $23.99 and I got it for $12. I also stocked up on coffee , cereal,  mustard and other things that I needed which  were being offered at 40% off. So my bill in total came to $160.That was a lot of money for food but my partner told me the bulk of that was meat. So we are good for the winter when it comes to food. I am happy I wish for a good meat sale and I got it!

On to another story. I have seen my share of seeing lawyers for different problems. Thank god most of the lawyers that I was seeing  I was getting free consultations with. But never the less I am not thrilled with Lawyers they make you wait forever to see them. Some of them have a I am better then you attitude and some of them talk to down to you like  your a child or dumb as heck. I am dealing and ignoring these attitudes  because I need a lawyer for some issues I am going through. After I am finished  I hope not to see a lawyer for a long long time.

                                                             So what do you think?

Hunting Time....

Hello Everyone. Here's the story for the week with the holidays right around the corner I decided it's time for me to go hunting. Meat hunting that is. I am now looking in all the  grocery store circulars and hunting for coupons that pertain to me getting cheap meat. The only thing that I am finding is cheap chicken 79 cents a pound.  Corn Beef, Ribs. Pot Roast, Turkey, Lamb. Veal these meats are over the $1.99 per pound the price that I want to pay. So I continue to look  I have a deep freezer  that I would like to stock with cheap meats. Is it because I live in High A** New York that I can't  find the great meat deals that others  do who live in other states. Even where my mother lives her supermarket has great meat prices she lives 3 hours from me.  Anybody else having a I can't find Cheap Meat Problems beside me?

Holiday Fund 2016

Hello Everyone. Here's the story so far. I like opening saving accounts. Don't ask me why I just do. Sometimes I end up having too many saving account in to many banks and not enough money to feed them all. So I close them. I know it's a crazy habit which I am slowly trying to break. But getting back to my story for 2016 I was thinking of opening up a Holiday Fund and see how creative I can be in funding it.

This would be part of one of my challenges that I have for myself. The other two are the lotto lose/win challenge and the coin investment challenge. I was thinking that this might motivate me to start selling stuff; I am lazy when it comes to listing new products in my store. And I might look at mystery shopping a little harder then I do. I see shops out there that I can do. But I get to lazy to try and go for them. Hopefully if I am committed to a 2016 Holiday Fund this will give me the push I need to get off my Lazy a** and get some money.

Scary Stuff

Good Morning Everyone. Here's the story for today. First Happy November!  I get scared about things like normal people do. But instead of a scary movie like Halloween, or Friday the 13th scaring me It's American Greed the series. If you don't know About American Greed it's about con men who take atavange of people. The Bernie Madoff's of the world. They sell people these worthless investments these crooks then  the money  they stole and use it for their own personal pleasures. This scres me why......
Because I have a few pennies invested into the stock market with a personal finance planner and a lot of these American Greed stories deal with people like that .

I worry if my investment are safe. This is money that I have saved over 19 years of working and  I can't make it back or afford to lose it to a con man. Not saying that my personal money adviser is a con man. He has put my money into funds that were growing nicely. He is very conservative when it comes to investing  money, but I still worry. Your taking about something that keeps me up at night  the fear of losing a lot of money.

My partner tells me not to worry  what's the worst that could happen. He tells me that we have safety nets in place for our saving. He yells at me to stop watch that darn American Greed It's making me and him crazy! This sounds good  I still worry. So what do you think?

Happy Halloween!

Hello Everyone. Happy Halloween, I know I am early but hey better early then never right! So here's the story for this week. I almost missed out on a $525 saving from my car insurance. When we went to pay the bill our insurance agent told us that our good driving certificate had expired. So we have to take the class again in order to keep the $525 good driving credit on our insurance. My partners said forget it but I talked him into doing the 2 hour class. So that we could get the $525 credit. That's money we can not afford to lose since our car insurance is high because we live in New York, so guess what we will be in class in November for the safety driving credit.

Also I see that the drug stores are now offering 33% off of their Halloween items they are trying to make room for Thanksgiving and Christmas merchandise. The candy is still not cheap I saw  they were selling bags of candy for $2.75. I will wait until after Halloween for all the goodies to go on sale at 75% off.

I am trying to make  money for the holidays by developing a niche site regarding coins.( this would be my $20 business challenge) I am taking e bay up on their offer of listing 5 things for free with no listing cost or e bay fees. If I sell anything on e bay the only fee I would have pay would be the paypal fee that works for me. I am also trying to list more items for the holiday in my bonanza store. So yea I am trying to get my making money hustle on.

So that's my story what do you think?

Updates...

Good afternoon. Well here's the story for today... Bad weather it's rainy and cold today. I think winter is coming soon to  New York. Nothing special for Halloween.I wait until after Halloween is over to stock up on the 50-75% off candy sales-- Like I need candy!  Nothing really special to add. I wanted to update you on the Coin Investment Challenge and  Lotto Win/Lose Challenge

I am still doing both. So far I have about $10 more dollars in coins that I have
to find so  I can sent Kellogg $50 bucks for my next stock purchase. I could send them $25 but to me $50 is better. that way I can purchase 2 share of stock instead of one. I was happy yesterday I found 10 cents in the street. I love when I find money I get one step closer to buying  more stock. Also my other challenge Lotto Win/ Lose is still going strong to. I am putting more money in to the lose jar then the win for now anyway.

I am thinking of doing another challenge for November It's starting a business on $20 bucks or  finding a niche market that I can do for cheap. I am still in the planning stages. So what do you think?

Kelloggs News

Image result for kellogg'sImage result for kellogg's Image result for kellogg's

Hey Everyone this article is talking about the stock Kelloggs that I am purchasing with my coins.( Coin Investment Challenge) Maybe if Kelloggs buys Diamond the stock will go up. Hopefully!

Kellogg nears $1B merger with snack maker Diamond Foods

With sales of breakfast cereal continually soggy, Kellogg Co. is in late-stage talks with snack maker Diamond Foods about acquiring the $1 billion company, The Post has learned.
If the talks result in a deal, Kellogg, whose cereal lineup includes Frosted Flakes, Froot Loops and Rice Krispies, would further transition toward snack foods.
A price would be more than $1.5 billion, sources said, or $35 to $40 a share.
“Kellogg is somewhere between aggressive and desperate to use mergers to try to evolve its business away from breakfast cereal,” a source close to the situation said, adding that Kellogg has been Diamond’s most aggressive suitor.

Diamond, whose stable of brands includes Kettle potato chips, Emerald nuts and Pop Secret popcorn, put itself on the block earlier this year and last week asked for final bids.
“It is tough to handicap if Kellogg won,” a second source with direct knowledge of the situation said.
The Battle Creek, Michigan, outfit may be the only suitor for all of Diamond, sources said, and may have offered less — perhaps much less — than $40 a share.
Diamond closed Thursday at $32.83, up 2.2 percent. Shares are up 16 percent for the year.
The company may only be willing to sell at a significant premium, sources close to the situation said.
In the US, breakfast foods now represent a little more than 20 percent of Kellogg’s net sales — with snacks being a slightly larger category.

Kellogg in 2012 bought Pringles from Procter & Gamble.
US cold cereal sales in the four weeks that ended Oct. 4 were flat compared to the same period a year earlier, according to data collector IRI.
In 2014, cereal sales took a 4 percent hit compared with 2013 results, IRI data indicate.
Diamond reported that in the full year ended July 31, snack sales were up 10 percent.
Kellogg and Diamond declined comment.

I Love Yard Sales

Good Evening Family. Here's my story for today. I love yard sales/flea markets. But when I  go I always do it with a list of where I want to go  and 20 bucks.  I know I am limited in what I can buy because I only have $20 so I have to be selective because I buy to resale. I have been buying a lot of Xbox games, books, and games in packages like scrabble, clue etc,

This is one of the ways that I try and make extra money. Since the yard sale season is coming to an end soon, New York is getting cold. I have to be even more selective and hope that I get the right things at the right price so that I can make some money  with it.

I have found that the good stuff when it comes to yard sales I don't see anymore. Not like 5 years ago I use to get great items at rock bottom prices, but now I see a lot of junk stuff. So what do you do to make extra money and mostly what do you think?

I Am Wanted!

Image result for wanted

Hello Everyone. How are you? Here's My story for today. I am wanted by Sears..Here's the letter they sent me.
                                                       Good Afternoon,

Sears is currently hiring for various positions.  We have reviewed an application that you     have previously submitted and would like to invite you to join us next week for an upcoming hiring event. Please feel free to log back into your account to update your information and complete the assessment.  Or stop by one of our stores on Tuesday 10/27/15 for an on-site interview. Thank you for your interest in an employment opportunity with Sears.

                                                             Thank you,
Market HR Manager – New York
                                                         Northeast Region

I know it's a general letter that they send to everyone with an interest in working for their company. But I still felt special when I read it. Then the bomb came down on me which was my partner. He told me let's figure your Sears paycheck out. I hate when he say's that. He pointed out to me that if I work 25 hours at a pay rate of $8.25 an hour. I would make  $206. before taxes . Take $75 of my weekly check fro estimated taxes I would then bring home about $131.25. Now let's take  gas money out  $20 for the week. Lunch  money I would bring my own but I have to buy the things to make the lunch with $20 . Now I have $91.25  left over after all the expense that I have to take from my check.. But there is more I need my hair done cost $20 and clothing for work I already have. Sears wants you to wear black and white all day everyday. So after all my expenses I have about $71 from a $206 dollar weekly check.

My partner suggested that I find something to sell on e bay or bonanza that would make me $71 weekly. I hate to admit it but he is right. After all my basic needs come out of my Sears check there is not to much left over.                                            So what do you think?

Canada Trip Pictures

Hello Everyone. Just wanted to share with you some of my Canada Pictures. The first picture you see is the ship leaving New York City on It's way to Canada.  The Second Picture is of an  indoor  market that they have in Canada. This  market has fruits, hot food and other stuff that you would buy  mostly to place inside your home. It was cute it was more food market then really anything else. So what do you think?

Starting A Meet-Up

Good Evening Everyone. Here's my story so far. I am trying to create a meet-up group on the cheap. In my area there are no meet-up groups that cater to the living frugal/thrifty/cheapskates like myself. So I am in the process of creating one I know  I can't  be the only person living  in Queens that is a cheapskate/frugal person. Can I be?  So the process is just starting for me I found a place Panera Bread which has a meeting room for free-Yea! All I have to do is guarantee 12 people which that should be easy to do right? They have a nice meeting I saw it the last time I was there. This place is close to where I live and it has plenty of parking for the people who attend the meeting. The space will be reserved for me the times are either 7-11 am or 7-9 pm. I am looking at the 7-9 pm It makes it easy for people to come after work.
I am offering the attendees refreshments(small coffee) and a raffle prize(?) for this first meeting. I have always wanted to do a meet up group. To do one on the meet-up.com site. it would cost me over $100 for the year just to start a group like this.  My way will be  much cheaper. I will let you know how it turns out.

To Cold....

Good Evening Everyone. It's cold outside  here in New York It's about 30 degrees tonight. My question is what happen to the fall weather where we get 50 degree or higher.  I am so cold right now but I will not turn up my heat until it gets really cold why..... Because my oil cost me $700 a month and it only last me for 2-3 months that's why.  I have to ration out my usage of my oil so that it could carry me for longer then 3 months. So that's why I bundle up and refuse to put on any heat until it's really necessary. Hey being cold hasn't hurt anybody yet right?

This weekend was my community organization Wine and Cheese Party that was free and I missed. I  hate when I miss free stuff. And not only was this event free it was on the corner of where I live. So how perfect was that a free event and the traveling was less then five minutes from my house. Our community organization  in my neighborhood has several events.  So that the people who live here can get to know  each other. Also the organization can get everybody in one place so they can  harass you  for the $25 yearly dues which they say go toward services for the community upkeep.

McDonald Rip Off..

Good Evening Everyone. So here,s the week in review. First I have been on the no spending money fast since Sunday Oct 11. I can not say not spending money is easy but it's not. I did not give in to my temptations when it came to  buying lottery tickets and eating out which I like to do. I also did not spend any money on my investments which I  like to do. So far I find that not spending unnecessary  money for the week is the something that I have been doing since I left my job.  So this challenge is not has exciting as I though it would be.

The cost of home repair is killing me. I had to spend money on housing upkeep for my rental because my lazy a** tenant don't believe in doing yards. I also had to get my rental  house ready for the winter months. All of this is cost me $900. Thank god I have my rental income to use for this kinda situation. My partner and I did a lot of the work that needed to be done , but we have a handy man that we have to pay for his help as well.. Overall the work was all done but it was a extra cost to me that I hated to spend money for.

McDonald is a RIP RIP Off. Here's why I say that my partner wanted a  breakfast sandwich and I had a coupon buy one get one free. The sandwich cost $3.75 which normally it would have cost $2.50. That's $1.25 more.  I had to look at the receipt twice to make sure I was not over charged for one sandwich. Since you get one free sandwich with a coupon  McDonald is charging you $1.25 for the extra sandwich which to me  that's not free! I am kissing McDonald's and their coupons goodbye...
